When it comes to my clothes, I don’t shop on a regular basis. I only shop when I need something that’s not in my closet. But when it’s sale season, shopping diet is put aside because, sale is my weakness. Isn’t everybody’s? 😀
I like shopping during sale because most of the pieces I get are at half the price. If I’m lucky, I still get the pieces in my size at 70% off. And when that happens, I tend to lose control. My appetite for shopping is like my appetite at a buffet. I want most of it because they’re right in front of me, waiting for me to try them. I don’t feel guilty spending for myself because I get to buy them for less.
So here’s an outfit I got on my “accidental” trip to the store during sale season. Heehee
Ruffles and volumes were never really gone, they’re just letting sleek silhouettes take the spotlight.
Labanan ng shoulders! Love how comfy this top is aaaaanddddd it’s white! 😀
Skorts have become my thing now–remember how much I love wearing my asymmetric ones? 😉 I’ve been hunting for good ones that I can mix and match & I’m adding this one to the bunch. Though skirts would always be my first love, skorts are perfect for days when I don’t have to look all too girly and poised aka errand days and weekends with my kids.
Tried a different style by putting up the sleeve to make it more fun.
Keri din naman pala. Shows the ruffles much more when the sleeve is pulled up. 🙂
White sneakers are tricky to use especially during the rainy season. Best to protect your shoes with a water/dirt repellant which you can buy at select shoe boutiques.
The thing with sale season is that it’s a hit or miss. Despite the drop in prices, there are times when there’s really nothing on the rack that I want or at the very least something that shows my style. But then there are times the deal is too good, you know you just gotta have em’! 😉 This top and bottom I got for Php 900 each, both used to be at Php 2,000 plus each. Yes to 50% off! 😀
