Lipstick will always be this one makeup product that I am excited and eager to try. I think most women would agree that we can never have too many right? Personally, I am very partial to matte lippies simply because I feel like it compliments my lips more than glossy ones. Also because I tend to eat my lipstick and with gloss, it just comes right off an hour or two after applying it.
So anyhow, I received this L’Oreal Infallible Pro Matte Liquid Lipstick a few weeks back. As much as I was super excited to post it right away as usual it was challenging to find time to swatche & shoot because motherhood! Heehee. But finally after using it for weeks, here it is!

Triple Matte Gel Topcoat Technology: All-day long-wear and comfortable matte finish
Pro-Sculpt Applicator – Not your ordinary doe foot applicator because with it’s arrow-shaped tip, you can easily and perfectly contour the edges of your lips without making a mess!
Here’s the swatches–I did two swipes per lip color. As you can see it’s bit glossy since I wasn’t able to remove the excess lipstick on the applicator. I ended up having to remove the excess with a tissue (medyo obvious with the third swatch from the left).
Initial thoughts on L’Oreal Infallible Pro Matte Liquid Lipstick: it’s lightweight & comfortable to wear. True to its claim, it’s one of the matte lippies that you can wear for a whole day without worrying if it’ll dry out your lips.
Look how each shade fairs on me.

If you want a hint of pink on your lips. This is the shade to go.
If you want to go a little bit bold but still want to stick to pink, this is it.
Go a bit more bolder with this burgundy shade.
The kind of brown I would wear. Love how it suits my skin tone.
Probably my favorite shade among the bunch. I’m kinda into peach lately and this one I find very wearable!
What I like about L’Oreal Infallible Pro Matte Liquid Lipstick is that it doesn’t leave my lips dry. Color payoff is there & it really lasts for hours without retouch! The downside though is I have to use an oil-based makeup remover for it to be complete removed. Nonetheless it’s something I don’t mind naman since the product has staying power & transfer-proof properties.
