In between snacks during meals are essential to me. As much as I love to eat, having snacks in between meals can aide in digestion and maintain an ideal weight. That is if what you snack on is healthy. I have to say I still struggle when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Just an incredible combination, words can’t truly describe the experience.
I’ve always loved sour cream & onions in almost all kinds of variety, may it be popcorn, french fries and yes even on chips.
