Eggventure Island At Century City Mall

Over the long weekend, the GJGs decided to do a staycation in the city. Holy Week for us means spending time with our family- to reflect, to relax and to rekindle our relationship with the Lord. Everybody is looking forward to Easter for it is the day Christ has risen. For the kids, they always look forward to egg hunting. We spent Easter at Makati Shangri-La because we had an amazing experience two weeks prior to Holy Week. Shortly after checkout, we proceeded to Century City Mall to continue the Easter celebration. Century City Mall transformed the mall’s 4th level activity area into an Eggventure Island.

I have pre-registered my kids to the event so each of them got a personalized map.

My lil’ Ms. GJG & I ambushed this mighty pirate for a photo op. Too bad lil’ Mr. GJG fell asleep so he’s MIA.

The pirates parked their pirate ship for everyone to check out.

“Mommy look, I’m in a pirate ship!”

I spotted Cai of Apples & Dumplings‘ cute lil’ pirates Y & R.

Treats were also served for all the little guests to enjoy.

There’s also balloon twisting and face painting.

Here’s Y checking out her map, strategising for the egg hunt.

Sadly, we didn’t make it to the egg hunt for it started early. Lucky for me, my kids already had their egg hunting adventure fix that morning, so they settled for the magic and fire show instead.

Fellow mommas with their kids. Michelle of My Mom Friday, Rowena of Animetric, Fleur of Mommy Fleur and Cai of Apples and Dumplings. We don’t have a group photo! I guess I was too bay running around, taking pictures of everything else but our group. Eeeep!

We weren’t able to find any eggs but still lil’ Ms. GJG has a photo. So thank you Anika for letting lil’ Ms. GJG hold your basketful of eggs! After this shot, she was happy that she was able to, according to her- “have some eggs from the pirate party!”

Here’s Michelle’s daughter M who bagged two golden eggs, which are equivalent to GCs from the participating stores, while her cousin got a bagful of eggs.

The grand prize golden was found by Rowena’s daughter, Kiera! What’s the prize for finding the golden egg?

A brand new iPad from Beyond The Box! Congratulations shobe!!!

Some of the photos are from Animetric, My Mom-Friday and Apples & Dumplings.

Thanks Century City Mall for having us! Looking forward to a fun and hopefully, more better egg hunt next year! 🙂
