The advantage of having a girl is that there’s so many options when it comes to dressing up and accessorizing. The disadvantage, well you tend to buy and buy that at the end of the month, you’re over budget! Yes this is based on experience and I know a lot of moms can relate. But that is not always the case, especially now where cute and pretty things need not to be expensive. Who else know better than a mommy who’s in search for pretty yet affordable things? Thus, Celestine & Co. was born.
Celestina & Co. was established in early 2011 by Ethel Cuerpo-Bernales during her search for unique and affordable hair accessories for her daughter. She realized that the choices available locally for high quality accessories are very limited. Most of the accessories she liked can only be purchased online and are sold by fellow crafty moms in other countries particularly in the US.
Initially, she began sourcing the materials to create one-of-a-kind hairpieces for her daughter. The idea to sell her creations as well as creations from fellow moms came in later.
Ethel is constantly inspired to find all things pretty and chic for her daughter. When she decided to go into business, it was only fitting that she named it after her daughter, Celestina. The love for classic and vintage pieces also served as her inspiration for the company’s expanding product line. However, as a practical mom, she made sure to offer only the best quality at the best price.

The Couture Headband Collection is our unique, handmade line of infant and toddler headbands and beanies made from mixing different
materials both sourced locally and abroad. Our bestsellers include our large silk flowers embellished with rhinestones and fabric and handmade rosettes in vintage chic style. Price ranges from P150 to P400.
Our Specialty Bows is our line of affordable handmade fabric bows that is simply adorable. Available in different styles and colors, they are great worn with anything.
Our Classic Hair Bows are both stylish and chic perfect for everyday wear. It is handmade from premium quality grosgrain ribbons and comes in different styles and sizes. Our bestsellers include our Petite, Medium and Large Signature Bows that are completely interchangeable and stackable. We carry both the classic pinwheel and the twisted boutique style in over 20 colors. Price ranges from P60 to P150.
We also carry a selection of soft elastic headbands, crochet beanie caps and flower clips in over 10 yummy colors. These are completely interchangeable so little girls will love mixing and matching different color combination. Price ranges from P80 – P250.
Our Pettiskirt Tutu is made of a double layer of super soft and fluffy nylon chiffon perfect for special occasions and portrait sessions. We carry a selection of different styles and colors for both infant 0-12 months and little girls 1 year old to 8 years old. Price ranges from P1150 to P1450.
