If you watch my stories on Instagram you probably know by now that I’m sort of addicted to yogurt bowls. In fact I’ve been having it daily as much as I can because it’s so darn good plus it’s healthy too!
I received a few messages asking what’s makes up my yogurt bowl. It’s pretty much a mix of what I have in my pantry but basically it’s made up of five to six ingredients. Don’t worry it only takes about 10 minutes to prepare this dish.
WHAT YOU NEED:
greek yogurt (I usually use Nestle Greek Yogurt)
fruits of your choice (I love using avocado & banana)
granola (I use Diet Diva or Wildflour)
chia seeds (bought mine at Healthy Options)
Just mix everything together in a bowl–greek yogurt first followed by your chosen fruits and granola then top it off with chia seeds! If I have any, I add coconut chips because it’s s good! That’s it!
There ya go! Easy peasy healthy yogurt bowl that’s perfect for breakfast or as snack. Enjoy! 😉
