Vintage Vibe

I’ve been living off in my favorite white and black v neck shirts paired with shorts or jeans since summer. On rare times I dress up, I find myself back to loving dresses and girly outfits.

So here’s one I wore a few months back. It’s very feminine & the bold print gives that vintage vibe.

Rekindling my love for dresses. This is easily one of my faves.

I barely wear heels but on days when I feel like wearing one, I don’t sacrifice comfort over style. Thankfully I discovered this pair. It gives additional 4 inches to your height and makes any outfit look chic. Best part? I can stand and walk around for hours wearing this.

The thing about Manila weather is sometimes it’s unpredictable. In the morning it’s usually sunny but come afternoon there’s a chance of downpour. Dresses in my opinion is a no-brainer piece in one’s closet and you can wear during summer and rainy season. You can dress it down with a pair of white sneakers or dress it up with heels. You can go casual by wearing it with denim jacket or be more polished by topping it with a structured blazer.

Notice how I’ve been wearing small bags lately? Well particularly this one. Kinda like how easy it is to sling around whenever I need to run an errand or pick up my kids from school. I used to wear tote bags because as a mom, I can just shove everything inside without worrying if I have the things I need. Now a few have asked if I can do a ‘what’s in my bag’ video. Would you watch it if I reveal what I carry with me daily? 🙂

Given I don’t change my bag often I do naman when it comes to shoes. I don’t have a lot but I make sure I have the basics covered. And this pair is probably one of the comfiest leather wedge shoes I ever wore. Yes, it’s made of soft leather!

quick tip: when traveling always pack a dress or two. It’s practically weightless (those made from silk or light fabrics ha) and can save you from fashion emergency should you need to change or something. 

I always feel like you are never underdressed when you’re wearing a dress. (Daming dress in one sentence! Hahaha) Do you feel the same? 🙂
