Tinolang Manok is one of my all time favorite easy to do Filipino dish. I’ve learned how to cook this dish back when I was a teenager thanks to my mom!
Wachunid:
(l-r: chicken thighs, legs 4-6 pieces- depends on your chosen part,1 medium green papaya or sayote, 1 bundle dahon ng silk or malunggay leaves, 1 medium onion chopped, 2 cloves garlic chopped, a few slices of ginger, 3 cups water, salt & pepper to taste)
3 Easy Peasy steps:
I always have extra rice whenever this is our food! Pair it with chili & fish sauce and you’re good!
Next time I want to try cooking Tinolang Binakol 🙂
