Pork giniling is a staple dish that’s easy to prepare. As you all know, easy recipe is my thing although I am quite excited to try slow cooking next time. For now, I’m sticking to easy to prepare and easy to cook dishes that my family loves 🙂

Who doesn’t love easy cooking? heehee
Are you supposed to drain the water after the beef has simmered? Or is it supposed to evaporate?
Hi Melody, in my case, I don’t drain the water as my kids like a little bit sauce, which they sprinkle on their rice. If you don’t want any sauce, reduce the amount of water you use to simmer the beef.
