Sharing this vegetable dish that’s easy to cook. Warning, this dish is for coconut milk lovers
1/4 ground pork, 1 pack string beans (chopped), 3 cloves garlic and 1 medium sized onion (chopped), 4 tbsp. shrimp paste (bagoong) , a can of coconut milk.
Step 1: Sauté garlic & onion in oil, add ground pork and cook until brown.
Step 2: Add shrimp paste.
And add the coconut milk.
Step 3: Add string beans & red chili (optional) and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until vegetable is cooked, don’t forget to stir occasionally.
In some cases, I put in the string beans first before I add the coconut milk, I sauté it with the ground pork to make the vegetable a bit crunchy.
