Remember my old post about this pyjama looking pants I got from H&M? As promised, I’m featuring it again and this time I styled it differently. I’m not really a fan of anything loose especially when it comes to bottoms because I don’t think I can pull it off- that relaxed fit always looks weird on me. Also, whenever I wear something like this, Mr. GJG, who is brutally honest, would state how unflattering it looks on me. But this one garnered an approval from him. So push.
Shempre black, white and gray pa din my color scheme. I like how clean and polished these colors look. In short, walang keme (no fuss). I’m not really a button down type of person but recently, I find myself investing on it. I guess when you’re getting older (shucks) you tend to stick to basic and classic pieces that you can mix and match no?
To tone down a crisp button down shirt, pair it with a casual bottom. This’ll veer away the corporate look and instead make the ensemble casually chic.
This shoot reminds me of when I was young. My cousins & I would hang out (read: tambay) on our street, eat junk and street food and have the luxury to waste our time. Now, as much as I wanted to I cannot do it anymore. Aaaah to be young again. Chos!
To make the look more relaxed & effortless, roll the sleeves up in a raunchy manner and flatten the collar of the shirt towards your shoulders, creating a V-shaped neckline.
To make this look even more causal, (pambahay levelz na ba gusto nyong pagka-casual? Heehee) change the pumps to a slip on canvas of mandals.
The emotera tambays!
