I admit, I am not one who would really take good care of her things. For me, bags, shoes and other accessories are created to be used and abused. But when you invest on good quality and quite expensive accessories, wouldn’t you want to get your money’s worth and use it for years, even decades? For someone who has started investing on luxury goods, I have come to realize that I should take better care of them so they can eventually become vintage for lil’ Ms. GJG to use.
I have started taking good care of my bags by using leather conditioners & cleaners, storing them properly and have been more careful using them. But sometimes, too much use and abuse can lead to deterioration. Beyond cleaning and conditioning, the only you thing a bag lover like me can do is have it repaired or restored.

So after two weeks, I got my bag back and here’s what it looks like.

The cracked parts of the strap were resealed, making it look like it’s spanking brand new.
No more dull and matte handles.
