Gel polish that need no UV light makes DIY mani-pedi easier and cost-efficient. I find myself liking it over the regular polish on days when I feel like I cannot maintain manicured nails (read: usually a month? Eeep!).
Here’s another gel nail polish I recently discovered: Tony Moly Gel Light Nail Polish
Tony Moly Gel Light G01, Php 378 and Tony Moly Skinny Beige G03, Php 298.
Skinny Beige is such a gorgeous nude polish. I think it’ll look good on any skin tone.
I like Tony Moly Gel Light because:
… consistency is thin which makes it easy to apply.
… dries fast. I assume it’s because of its consistency.
… it doesn’t feel heavy on my nails.
… lasted on me for two weeks. Surprised that it hold up for more than week because most nail lacquer give up on me within a few days. For other gel polish the best that I got is a week and a half.
The trick in applying gel polish is to wait for each coat to completely dry. Having the first coat dry makes it easier to apply succeeding coats. Don’ forget to top it off with Tony Moly Gel Light Top Coat to seal the gel polish–keeping it protected from immediate chips and breaks.
Tony Moly Gel Light is available at all Tony Moly stores.
