Valentine’s Treat At Le Spa Sofitel Manila

We’re the kind of couple who really don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day in a cheesy, clingy way. Maybe we just dislike the commercial feeling V Day brings or the fact that what we do on a regular date basis is what most couples only do during that special day- dine at a nice restaurant, watch a movie or have a good massage. Yet the air of love, romantic gestures, heart-shaped and red things everywhere bring out our feels-like-high-school-all-over-again selves. But since we like to be different, this year we’re celebrating it in an unusual way, which I shall chika next time. For now, I’m sharing with you all the wonderful treat Sofitel Manila gave to Mr. GJG and I.

Sofitel planned a few hours of pampering for us at Le Spa as a pre-Valentine’s treat! We had the Oasis Package that includes a 90-minute Filipino Pride massage and a 30-minute Purity facial using Themae Paris products.

Before we started our treatment, we had a quick foot rinse that involves some scrubbing & massaging. 

Our very own bath tub and sauna (not in photo). I could stay in this all day.
