Truly it is more fun to workout with friends. Don’t you just love it when you push each other and cheer each other to finish strong? Yep. That’s exactly what happened during the recent Adidas Fitsquad event–which launched the newest Adidas PureBoost X–held at Kerry Sports in Shangri La Fort.
My fitsquad Alyssa Lapid and Angela Nepomuceno, together we made sure our workout was fun and less challenging, never competing rather being supportive of each other.
Adidas girls Karla Humphries, Solenn Heusaff, Isabelle Daza and Nicole Andersson are literally squat goals!
The basketball court of Kerry Sports Manila was filled with fit and strong women.

Meant to boost the Fitsquad’s power, mobility and speed, the workout proper consisted of AcroYoga, Modified Calisthenics, and HIIT. adidas girls Kayleen Ortiz, Marj Marcelo, and Lexi Gangayco perfectly embodied positive energy as they led their own workout session with the new PureBOOST X.
Here I was with Angela in action. In fairness, feel na feel namin ni Angela na we are strong! It’s probably the adrenaline–we were pumped up to workout–but I’m pretty sure it has something to do with our Adidas PureBoost X.

Been looking for a good running shoes since I really want running on the treadmill as part of my fitness routine. Adidas PureBoost X gives the right amount of comfort–sole not too soft nor too firm–which lets me run more than my usual time of 15 minutes. It’s also stable enough for me to train with it–pike, plank, lift, squat, lunge, you name it, I can do it with Adidas PureBoost X. You can say workout wear has become my weakness and I don’t think I can have enough and Adidas PureBoost X is a good pair for those who want to mix cardio with lifting.
