Cult-fave and homegrown brand, Happy Skin is at it again with their latest and by far biggest collaboration, together with Plains & Prints – one of the Philippines’ leading fashion retail brand, they bring us an original line of makeup and clothes inspired by each other’s aesthetic, resulting in the limited edition Prints Made Pretty Collection.
The launch was held a two weeks ago and I got first dibs on the latest collection of Happy Skin featuring Plains & Prints.
A unique collaboration wouldn’t be complete without a unique launch. It prompted guests to enjoy their interactive stations. One of which was the designated flat lay areas. And by flat lay, I mean life-sized flat lay with models.

Two stylish, bold shades in a closet-like kit, this Shut Up & Kiss Me duo in Scene Stealer and Girl Boss gives you two shades that you can totally add to your lippie collection.

I personally like Girl Boss because I find it’s almost natural looking shade perfect for my skin tone. But when you mix Scene Stealer with Girl Boss, it becomes a whole new shade that sits right in the middle – not too dark nor too light – which one can wear from day to night. Both shades are also available for individual purchase at Php 649 each.

The strobing kit has an all-new Glisten Up! Highlighter Cheek Stick in golden-pink Champagne and a Blush Cheek Stick in peachy-pink Pink Satin.

See how amazingly pigmented are they? I like how easy the highlighter and blush blends even when I used my fingers doing so. The contour stick in taupe has a blendable brown-slate shade that makes contouring easy.

The limited edition capsule collection developed by Plains & Prints centres around five prints that are exclusive to the collaboration. The brand co-founded by Roxanne Farillas, was inspired by Happy Skin’s newest products, so they took their collection to the next level by infusing prints and colors that exude a fun, young vibe into their clothes.
Scene Stealer pieces feature a striking peacock print, while the Girl Boss tops and dresses look beautifully feminine with candy stripes in pastel hues. Clothes with the Glisten Up Design have a digital panel print of a darling cityscape; meanwhile, slimming stripes make up the Kiss Me print. True to its name, the Pucker Up pieces highlight a cute lip print.
