Happy Six Months Lil’ Mr. GJG

Today, lil’ Mr. GJG is six months old. Whaaat?! He’s growing up too fast! Nooo!

Anyway, I decided to make a blog post about it because we’ve come to a milestone. I still can’t believe I was able to sustain breastfeeding for six months! I deserve a treat (ahem, ahem calling Mr. GJG) heehee. But seriously, I am so happy to report that I am a proud breastfeeding mom! And to the many women who think they cannot breastfeed or that they have little milk, please don’t believe it because you have a lot, you just don’t know it.

First off, I would like to thank (talagang may thank you portion! Very much the Oscars! But seriously) Mr. GJG, for believing that I can and despite seeing me in pain (for the first few days and weeks) supported me all the way until today. Second, I would just like to share with you all some milestones and just pure happy moments of my gwapito. This also serves as my record since I am very forgetful and have tons of notebooks/journals that I tend to forget where I’ve written these exciting moments!

Barely a week old and Achie Gabbie loves taking care of you.

You love cuddling with mommy. That stare you do melts any pain and tiredness away.

You like holding hands with dada.

Your charm exudes every time you look at people, they just couldn’t resist you. Such a darling you are!

You’ve learned how to thumb suck, flip over, balance your head, sleep on your own, grab things, coo and giggle, laugh out loud, and now try to crawl and have two teeth. You’re growing up too fast, too soon.

Lastly, I’d like to end this post with a short message.

Dear Juro,

Hi! Happy 6 months to you! Thank you for being such a happy baby, mommy, daddy & Achie Gabbie love taking care of you. You don’t know how much joy you’ve brought to our family as well as to your Dalo & Malo given you are their first grandson. I wish nothing but happiness for you & your Achie. May you grow up to be a smart, kind and God-fearing man. Life can’t get any sweeter than having you and seeing you and your sister grow and be the best that you can be. I love you to the moon and back.
