Last February 1, 2014, Gingersnaps celebrated their 20th anniversary with a fashion show at the SMX Convention Center, SM Aura Premier. So lucky to be one of their guests to witness an afternoon filled with colourful outfits and adorable kids wearing no less than Gingersnaps.
Gingersnaps’s 20th year exudes grace, quirkiness and global freshness.
My dates lil’ Ms. GJG & lil’ Mr. GJG, Mr. GJG not in the photo! Heehee.
We’ve been fans of Gingersnaps ever since I can remember. Even before I had kids, I’ve seen my nieces wear them. I also like gifting them to my godchildren as I know the quality is never compromised. All clothes by the brand are meticulously picked and have undergone rigorous quality control to ensure that the fabrics and prints are safe for children. I’ve learned this as I ,together with the other SoMoms got the chance to sit down with Sabrina & Sherry Uy of Gingersnaps, months ago over lunch, and got to know more about the brand and how passion obviously fuelled it from the start. The need for chic, stylish yet durable clothes that can stand the test of time was something Sabrina really wanted to offer the Philippine market. 20 years later, the local brand has emerged the global scene and is available in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and UAE.
The 10 winners of the Gingersnaps Model Search were presented in the fashion show, showing off an aura of chic and cuteness, mirroring the brand’s vision.
Too kyoooot!
Gingersnaps is not just for trendy and chic girls but also for preppy and hipster boys!

What began as a modest corner in a department store now celebrated their 20 years of international style that is loved by moms, dads and kids alike. The brand continues to create positive images of family, ethnic diversity, and creative style.
I super adore all the clothes during the show, I can see my kids wearing them and I cannot wait for them to wear it!

Now Gabbie with Juro in Gingersnaps too. So aliw that they did like going on stage and walking down the ramp, while some kids during the fashion show froze as they were overwhelmed with the crowd, that incessantly kept on cheering and applauding at how lovely the kids looked. I guess my kids liked the attention. Hahaha.
