A lovely, pleasing scent is one of the things my family and I like. You’ll be surprised that my daughter Gabbie’s pet peeve is a stinky room, bathroom in particular. Bring her to one and she won’t go inside, the smell of cleaning solutions, sanitizer, even unpleasant smelling soap, shampoo and other toiletries. Whether it’s a public bathroom, a family’s or our own. She has a very keen sense of smell which is highly unusual for kids her age.
Our kids’ bathroom is right at the back of our open kitchen. And because we cook everyday, the inevitable smell of food seeps into the bathroom. That plus other bathroom odors combined can cause a massive I-don’t-like-to-shower-nor-pee-because-it’s-stinky excuse my lil’ Ms. GJG makes. That made us, her parents quite obsessed with fragrances and scents for our home may it be for our clothes, linens, furnitures and rooms.
So when Glade introduced me to their Sensations line, I didn’t hesitate and immediately tried it.
The spa basket Glade has generously given me.
Freshness that brings a smile to your bathroom, with odor elimination and long-lasting fragrance that lasts for weeks.
Glade Sensations Bathroom utilizes the concentrated gel of Glade Sensations Refill that’s capable of eliminating smelly odors lingering in your bathroom. It releases a nice and long-lasting fragrance that will bring a smile to your bathroom for up to 60 days.
Glade Sensations Bathroom starter kit retails for Php 108 that comes with a holder and one refill pack. It gives you better value for your money as you would only have to buy one kit (unless you need multiple) and just buy refills instead.
Glade Sensations refill variants are Lavender, Lemon, Jasmine, I Love You, Fruit Nectar, Morning Freshness and Ocean Escape which retails for Php 80 each.
It’s very easy to use. Just peel off the Sensations Refill back panel and put it inside the holder. The peeled off portion should be facing the holes but if you find it too fragrant face it the other way around. The versatile holder has a hole and a free stick on adhesive at the back panel. You can either hook or attach it to a wall depending on your bathroom interior. In my case, I put it on top of the toilet.
Testing the Glade Sensations in my kids’ bathroom. It was a perfect timing as we just finished cooking dinner so the bathroom smelled of fried fish and sweet and sour sauce. Initially the fusion of odor and Glade Sensation were present but after six hours, the smell of food was eliminated leaving the relaxing scent of lavender in the bathroom. Our lil’ Ms. GJG approved of the smell as she went inside their bathroom after dinner to wash hands. When she saw the rest of the refill packs she was excited to open and smell them all. But we’ll wait ’til the lavender finishes so we can thoroughly smell the rest of the fragrances.
Glade Sensations Bathroom Kit and Glade Sensations Refill are available in all leading supermarkets nationwide.
