About Primigravida

Once upon a time, not so long ago, a thirty-something woman peed into a stick that could tell the future. Baby-producing future to be exact. To her pleasant surprise, that magical contraption told her that she would soon be welcoming a little bundle of joy into the world in a few moons. Clueless as she was with all things baby, she set out on a journey to amass things that the new being would need. To her dismay, she soon found out that these marvelous contraptions and doohickeys cost more than a smile and a giggle. So off on another quest she went, this time to another realm, aka the world wide web. And there she let herself get gloriously lost in unimaginable baby-ness. During her wanderings, she armed herself with information about the how-tos and what-nots of infanticipation. She decides to take it one step further, by helping others like her. Thus, Primigravida was born, to save all the other mothers and mothers-to-be from the perils of retail pricing by bringing the goods to local shores.

This shop is lovingly dedicated to the warrior momma-woman that I’ve been lucky enough to call, uhh, Mommy. May every child have the good fortune to have a maternal figure like you. You rock motherhood like no other mom before or since has rocked it

This store aims to serve parents who are budget-conscious yet are unwilling to compromise on the quality of their babies’ needs. Each item is carefully selected based on consumer reviews or on personal experience.

Primigravida is also holding a bazaar by November and it’s called Babypalooza!
