Here’s the recipe of Century Bangus‘s Creamy Saffron Gratin, except that my creamy baked Bangus don’t have saffron.
Here’s whachunid:
1-420 grams Century Premium Boneless Bangus Belly, Unseasoned
1 tablespoon calamansi juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons cooking oil
½ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup quickmelt cheese
½ tablespoon chopped garlic
¼ teaspoon saffron
1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
2 tablespoons Japanese breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
Again three easy peasy steps:
1. Season Century Premium Boneless Bangus Belly with calamansi juice, salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.
2. Mix all the other ingredients together (spring onions, cheese, garlic, bread crumbs, olive oil).
3. Bake it. You can bake it on a toaster oven if you’ve fried it beforehand. If not, preheat oven at 180 degrees celsius for 20-30 minutes.
This dish is easy in preparation and cooking. Fry, Mix and Bake. Yum!
That’s all!
Happy Friday Everyone!
