A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to get to know myself more through a two day retreat. It was an insightful weekend as I was able to disconnect myself temporarily from the different roles and jobs that I have to fulfill everyday. With a recharged spirit and a better mindset, I feel free and confident in continuing on with my purpose everyday. It was such a treat to cool down and let go.
I wasn’t really planning on taking any OOTD shots during my two day Discovery Your Core (by One Life facilitated by Coach Pia- I shall talk about my learning on a separate post) which was held in Antipolo. But the breathtaking view and the ever persistent Mommy Fleur got me. So here’s a very laid back look sans hair and make up. Lakas maka-real housewife of Manila realness OOTD. 🙂
Lounge pants aren’t really my thing. The loose fit is something that really doesn’t entice me. For one, it highlights my protruding belly even more. And two (may pahabol talaga e), it just makes me look like I stepped out of the house in my pambahay outfitey. To be more accurate, Mr. GJG would bluntly call my attention, reminding me that I am still wearing my pyjamas. Ansaveeeeh?! But you know how it is with style, (not fashion ha) “You have to own it, to make it work.”
So when I saw this pyjama looking pair, I was certain of convincing myself that I need this in my life (OA naman, more like) closet. The driving momma me would greatly benefit in wearing this ultra comfy and chic pair. This, plus the fact that this is MFO (Manila Fashion Observer) approved were good enough reasons for me to get it.
My style instincts were right as I love this pair! I wish it comes in different textures and styles.
Ha! This is where a cool eyewear comes in handy. 🙂
The ultimate snuggle outfit on a cool day.
I never thought lounge pants would suit me as I never really imagine myself sporting one. Now, I’ve got a few style ideas on how one can wear this in an office setting. I’ll do an OOTD of it soon!
