L’Oreal Paris Philippines held a contest late last year for their I’m Worth It campaign. I candidly joined because I’m all for the positivity of their campaign especially empowering women to embrace who they are and love what they do.
So I submitted my entry via Twitter and my I’m Worth It statement:
“Motherhood & homemaking have made me feel I’m more capable. These roles can’t hinder me to still look good because #imworthit”
Few weeks after I tweeted I was notified by L’Oreal that I won!
I won a Martin Bautista dress that Anne Curtis wore in her L’Oreal Total Repair 5 TV Commercial. Cool!
So after the holiday and our vacation in Singapore, I was able to get the dress last week.
Thank you again L’oreal! I may not be able to wear it anytime soon but I promise to take an outfit shot when I do! 😉
Just as what my I’m Worth It statement says, whatever change you’ve gone through in your life don’t ever make it as a reason to forget who you really are and that you’re still capable of becoming somebody somewhere. Don’t let any role, title or even work get the best of you. Instead, use it to your advantage to be better a person because you know you’re worth it.
That’s all!
