I wake up at five in the morning everyday. Though I’ve somewhat become a morning person, there are just some days when I find it hard to eat breakfast. If you asked me a few years ago what my breakfast is, I’d quickly say a cup of coffee or sometimes just water but now that I’m trying to live a healthier lifestyle, I make sure I eat something (anything!) for breakfast because it’s the most important meal of the day.
On most days I go for my favorite breakfast, not only is it easy to prepare it’s also healthy and packed with nutrients.
Meet the trifecta that makes my basic breakfast.

AVOCADO
Would you believe me if I tell you, it took me 30 years to finally eat avocado? Yep. I only eat banana, mango and apple but now that I’ve discovered more fruits including avocado and its wonderful benefits. Now it’s become one of my favorite fruits!
