Here’s a quick merienda that needs no cooking but there’s baking involved. Heehee. Easy peasy homebaked mini pizza.
Making pizza is a fun activity for you and your family. Each member of your family can pick a topping of their choice and combine them altogether. It would be more of a challenge if I made the pizza dough from scratch, if I happen to make one in the near future I shall post about it. In the meantime, let’s just stick to those ready made ones shall we?
Here’s wachunid:
Tomato sauce (some prefer pizza sauce), ready made pizza crust (thaw if frozen), grated cheddar cheese, toppings: pineapple tidbits, hotdog, button mushroom. (Again, you can opt to add toppings of your choice: white onion, bell pepper, pepperoni, ham, shrimp, anchovies and so much more!)
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Drizzle baking tray with olive oil.
Place the pizza crust on the baking tray.
I used Hunt’s Pinoy style tomato sauce. It has a hint of sweetness compared to the regular tomato sauce so it’s a perfect pizza base to use.
Step 2: Start creating your pizza! Start off with the base sauce then put your chosen toppings.
Step 3: Bake for 5-10 minutes depending on how cook you want you pizza or as soon as the edges are browned.
Yummy home baked mini pizza!
