Yay! For Yamamay

I became obsessed with shape wears soon after I gave birth with lil’ Ms. GJG. It was a struggle for me to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight with my first pregnancy because I indulged and gained 40 pounds, but thankfully with a few tips on weight management and my effective weight loss, I got back into shape. So, I was on a look out for the best shape wear in town and have tried a handful of them. They did help by flattening and sucking the flabs in me but there wasn’t one that promises to let you lose inches off while wearing it. Luckily today, pregnant women have that option. Thanks to Yamamay.

Yamamay is an Italian brand that offers a wide range of intimates such as undergarments, lingeries, slim and shape wears, sleep wears and even swimsuits. Lucky for us, Yamamay chose the Philippines to set up their first store in Asia.

They have a wall dedicated to their wide variety of basics. Different kinds of bras and underwear for every woman.

But what surprised me the most is that they also have intimates for men. They have a wide variety of quirky and sexy shirts, boxers and briefs. O, shopping here is hitting two birds in one stone ha, you shop for yourself and you shop for your man. Naks. Pwede. Valid excuse to get something if not matchy-matchy at least similarly sexy as partners.

This buttoned down suit is nice as it can double as an inner wear or wear it as an outer wear matched with jeans to slightly (yes, para conservative pa din) show off your curves.

What got my attention the most is their YamamaySlim collection. Its Yamamay’s own line of slimming and shaping undergarments. Although they have a separate shaping line, I’m more intrigued with their slimming line.
