This week is the busiest for both my kids because of their chosen summer activities.
My kids’ work in progress art. They always look forward to their weekly sessions at Global Art. Their work will be displayed on May 26 at Global Art’s 2019 Student Exhibition happening at Robinsons Magnolia. There’s a free painting workshop for kids 5 years old and above. More details can be found on the poster below.
I went out on a Wednesday to attend the house warming party of Shake Shack before they opened to public. The invite says attire should be 90s inspired. Here’s my take on it. Inspired by Cher of Clueless. Plaid co-ords from RAF worn with classic Tretorn sneakers, bum bag by Katre and a cute vintage sunglasses from Sunnies. Swipe right to see Shake Shack Philippines‘ menu. Welcome to Manila!
The next day I attended the media launch of Mommy Mundo Expo Mom 2019. Mommy Mundo has been a part of my motherhood journey and Janice Villanueva, the founder of this lovely community has been instrumental to my blogging journey. So when she asked me to panel for a discussion about motherhood & social media, I immediately said yes. It’s always a good time to catch up with moms I’ve met online & have continued friendships offline. Also fulfilling to share my stories and learn from fellow moms as well.
Mother’s Day weekend and I was down with flu. Nonetheless a lot of brands I’ve worked with, some have become friends sent their thoughtfulness my way. I posted most of them on my stories but also included some of my favorites on this post. Thank you again for remembering me on this lovely Hallmark holiday! I consider May as Mother’s Day month so I’m still greeting every mom, mama, ina, nanay at law ng tahanan Happy Mother’s Day! ❤️
Basically how I spent Mother’s Day with two of my favorite little people in the whole wide world. Heehee. Dedicating a separate post on our weekend staycation at Dusit Manila.
