Loba is one of my favorite dishes which I learned from my mom. It is a sweeter version of our good ol’ adobo.
Here’s wachunid:

1/4 kilo pork tenderloin (or you can use adobo cut pork), 2 tbsp. chopped garlic, 5 pcs. hard boiled egg, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. soy sauce and 2 tbsp. olive oil (or any kind of oil you prefer)
3 Easy Peasy Steps:
1st step: sauté garlic in olive oil add brown sugar and soy sauce then stir for 2-3 minutes.
If you want your Loba to have enough sauce you can add another 1/2 cup of water and add a tablespoon of soy sauce and brown sugar to add flavor. You can also add a teaspoon of cornstarch to make sauce a bit thicker.
Go ahead and try this dish, so easy to prepare & cook.
That’s all!
wow i want to know how to cook that..
