Toast Asian Kitchen And Tasting Room

There’s a newly opened mall in Pasig called Ayala Mall 30th. Though I wasn’t able to go during it’s grand opening, a friend of Mr. JG opened a restaurant called Toast Asian Kitchen and invited me and a couple of friends to try their cocktails & some dishes on their menu. Shempre my friends were game bilang it was a rare night out for me! Heehee.

Yakitori

The Yakitori were an assortment of soy and teriyaki sauce. I specifically enjoyed the Wagyu cubes the most.

Yakitori assortment: Chicken Meatball, Chicken Wings, Wagyu Cubes, Fish Cake, Chicken Thigh, Squid Ball, Pork Belly, Shrimp, Garlic dipping sauce.

Tom Yum Meatballs

I’m a fan of spicy food and Tom Yum is one spicy dish that I like. I wish this dish was spicy enough for me to taste the tom yum flavor.

Bahn Mini

Twice Cooked Pork

Tender and flavourful pork atop a mountain of rice. Sarraaap!

Toast Pasta

If there’s one dish I would highly recommend, this is it! Black squid seafood laksa noodles with a hint of spicy. Worth every calories.

Crispy Pata

Steak Sirloin

Another good dish is this steak sirloin. I like beef a lot and I like it especially if it’s tender. Best to consume this as soon as served.

Gyosig

That combination of gyoza wrapper and sisig filling. Pwede!

And because it was a night out with friends we tried all of Toast’s cocktail offerings.
