Midi-skirts are making a comeback or are they actually here to stay? I never thought I’d like midi-skirts as much as I like short, bandage skirts. Now that more and more brands have shown their love for this type of clothing, more and more women find it interesting to add to their closet.
I don’t know about you, but I find midi-skirt, especially full pleated ones more forgiving for all body types and also, don’t these types of skirt reminds you or royalty or back in the days when Stepford wives were the aspiration of women?
Anyway, here’s my take on a lovely printed midi-skirt. I wore this during the intimate Burt’s Bees Tea Party that launched their newest line. I felt like my outfit was very teappropriate. Teehee.
My wardrobe is filled with blacks, whites, greys. I am really blaming my red hair for my clothing color preference.
I’ll always be on a lookout for basic pieces that I can mix and match. But this doesn’t really stop me from investing on trendy pieces once in a while. I guess black will always have a special place in my wardrobe. Heehee.
Summer na but I’m still keen on wearing my favorite long sleeved tops. Deadmabelles na since this one’s made from organic cotton, it’s more breathable and lightweight.
Obviously, I’m not afraid of the sun because I’m protected. I lather on Daylong sunscreen ‘coz even if I’m in the city, I’m prone to harmful UV rays.
Bungisngis mode ON.
