Tea has become popular here in Manila the past few years. Milk tea variants in particular. I was a late bloomer when it comes to trying out this popular drink. I don’t try things just because they’re the rave and talk of the town, well not right away anyway. So when I had the chance to try Tea Tap, a tea cafe shop that’s conveniently located in my area I took this chance and snap photos.
I together with some mommy blogger friends Michelle, Rone, Kris, Jen and Jenny went there to well, have tea of course.
I love the quirkiness of the mini foyer.
Gabbie petting the display cat.
TeaTap also serves yogurt that carries the name Simply Yogurt.
TeaTap has a corner where they sell unique, quirky stuff ranging from back packs, stationaries even eye wear.
We were there early, as in it-just-opened-early so there were only two other set of people besides our group. On a regular day such as weekdays and school days, this place is packed especially during peak hours of lunch and dismissal time which is around 2 o’clock to 4 o’clock in the afternoon.
Tea anyone?
So hard to choose what to order it’s overwhelming so I ordered their best sellers.
Takoyaki P120.
Karaage Don P190
Taro Milk Tea large P105.
I also ordered Carbonara Pasta (P180) for Gabbie but wasn’t able to take a photo of it because she was still hungry despite sharing the Karaage Don with me. Overall, we loved the food and the milk tea of course. I enjoyed my first TeaTap experience because I shared it with Gabbie and with my mommy blogger friends! It was a laid back yet informative brunch, looking forward to another TeaTap date, hopefully soon!

Been here a few times since it’s pretty near the house. We like the milk tea and the food, too. Plus it’s so spacious inside. Downside lang is the limited parking space.
