Summer Days In Coco Cabana

I am still not over summer!

You can say that summer is my favorite time of the year (or is it a tie with Christmas?!). The hot and humid season is something I always look forward to because it’s the perfect time for my family, friends & I to soak up the sun, enjoy the sand and have fun in the water. We all know that summer is synonymous to swimsuits. And one cannot be without the other, so allow me to round up my favourites suits from Coco Cabana by SM Woman.

I played with the idea of styling my suits. I take inspiration from trips to the beach & anywhere that’s summer worthy.

If you have a long vest in your closet, that’s good enough to use as a cover up. Pair it with a straw hat and cutie sandals and you’ve got yourself a beach #OOTD.

One piece suits will forever be my favorite. If you’re not a fan of one-piece suits then consider a maillot. It technically is a one pice suit but has side cutouts that highlight the obliques and gives a tapered illusion in the mid area.

Light cardigans also serve as a good cover up. Long one’s can work well with a two-piece to give that balance when it comes to skin exposure.

While I am not really comfortable wearing a bikini, I figured all it takes is a lil’ confidence and the right suit. This one from Coco Cabana by SM Woman is by far my favorite!  The fit is perfect on me.

I also like how well the plain top and printed bottom go together. Kinda like my style philosophy when it comes to mixing and matching. 🙂

Forever summer naman sa Pilipinas so keri lang mag bikini kahit di na summer. Heehee.

The last and certainly not the least of my Coco Cabana suits is a modern string bikini in retro print.

I can’t believe I actually like wearing a bikini and a string one at that. Just like the previous bikini, this one also fits me perfectly. It hugs me in the right places– it even feels like second skin.

For that sporty vibe, I topped it off with a sports jacket.

I’m not really ready to bid summer good bye but just in case rain starts pouring while I go for a dip, this #OOTD would definitely come in handy. 😉
