So there’s a new Hainanese Chicken Restaurant in town.
Curious enough, while waiting for time we decided to dine in & try their specialty.
Their menu isn’t that extensive, but I assure they have enough to cover you for the night or noon. Heehee.
Prices are affordable, we tried their Hainanese chicken.
Their Hainanese chicken was good, it was nothing special. Although I have to commend that the chicken was tender, it’s also a plus that their service is fast & staff are friendly. I think this particular set is aroung P400 pesos good for two and comes with Hainanese rice 🙂 Not bad!
Not just an ordinary rice, it tasted good. It’s actually good enough to eat even without any viand. In Filipino, kanin pa lang ulam na! 🙂 heehee.
Hainanese chicken wouldn’t be complete with these 3. Chili, soy and ginger sauce. I love putting way too much spice & sauce on my food so I asked for an additional and the staff gladly obliged. 🙂

We had Hainanese Chicken in Kenny Rogers last week and it tasted really more like a very popular Pinoy dish – Tinola. I need to try other versions of that popular dish somewhere else, including Sing’s, so I can compare. Hehehe.
But, I super loved the sauces included, especially the chili, too! 🙂
