Condo dwellers like me usually have one concern: space. My kids are growing up and this means they need more room to grow–literally. And as we save up for a bigger place, I’m just happy our home now isn’t as messy or disorganised as it could be. We’ve been managing our clutter by purging from time to time (Marie Kondo-ing everything) and by organizing. Though my kids don’t have much things, my son has acquired more than a few Marvel Masher toys–I have my husband to blame for this! Two plastic containers filled with Mashers just couldn’t tame the mess that has taken over my kids’ room anymore. Thankfully, we discovered Simply Modular.
Two boxes from Simply Modular arrived a few weeks ago and because my schedule was packed the past two months, it was just last week that we finally had time to build it.
We got the Simply Modular 15 + 6 shelf. It has 15 short panels and 6 long panels that you can assemble into 8 different combinations. You can practically change the combination every single day if you want to–but we all know that’s impractical–or at least once a month if you feel like redecorating your space. 😉
My kids have a thing for DIY–they picked this up from watching YouTube tutorials–while I on the other hand would rather buy something that’s already made than make an effort to create or build–yeeep, I’m practical like that.
I was honestly expecting it’ll take me a few solid hours to build our shelf. But as the name suggests, it’s simple and it only took us under an hour to build.

The advantage of ABS is that this material combines the strength and rigidity of the acrylonitrile and styrene polymers with the toughness of the polybutadiene rubber. The most amazing mechanical properties of ABS are resistance and toughness that greatly reduces the chances of bending and general wear and tear.

It’s so simple that my kids were able to help me!
Lil’ Mr. JG’s toys are arranged neatly on our very own Simply Modular shelf. If we move to our next home, it’ll be easy for us to collapse the shelf & create a new combination out of it with a breeze. The future of modern furnishing is here!

Wow, that is exactly what I need for our small condo! What I love about the product concept (aside from design flexibility) is that it’s also easy to disassemble, perfect for someone like me who tends to move from one condo to another.
