A good pair of jeans flaunts your curves and hides your flabs. Hihi. I really am picky when it comes to buying jeans because I think my body’s weird like that. Heehee. I’ve always been on a look out for a nice pair that makes me feel sexy even though I really am not.
Then Monkee Genes arrived at my doorstep.
Monkee Genes is a line of stylish, organic and ethical jeanswear from Derbyshire, England. It is the first and only jeans label to have unique mix of astute acreditations from The Soil Association and the Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS). Innovative fits and styles in top of the range fabrics, classic denim with a retro twist and luscious sateen cottons in pop art inspired colour are what Monkee Genes is known for. Truly not all jeans are created equal, as this brand proves so.
So here’s how I wore my lovely pair of Monkee Genes.
A pair of jeans like this deserves to stand out.
I love flaunting the back coz the label is just too cute no? But if you want it simple, just snap out the removable label.
The title says it all, as this pair feels like second skin. Its body hugging yet comfortable, all thanks to the organic material used.
I also love that it sits perfectly on my hips, hiding my oh-so-ever bloated lower abdomen aka puson. Haha. It gets suck like vacuum, I feel so sexy!
Who says swimsuits are only worn at the beach or pool?
Fold it up to reveal a contrasting color.
THE OUTFITEY:
Swimsuit used as a top: Yamamay
Jeans: Monkee Genes
Strappy heels: Prada
If you’re already having organic food and would want to level up on being Eco-friendly and be as close to using natural products, then it is just fitting that you also use organic clothes. So go get your pair of Monkee Genes today.
Monkee Genes is officially distributed by Ecotur Inc., a company that is dedicated to promote sustainable and ethical fashion. The same company that brought the children’s line Piccalilly here in Manila.
