Review: LYCON Precision Waxing

What are the few beauty issues we women face? Yes, unwanted hair. Aminin, issue talaga natin ang unwanted hair, lalo na if you’re like me who is very balbon (read: Hairy Harry! haha) Here’s a chismis, I cannot exactly remember when but I had to shave my legs for a fashion show I did back when I was nene. Ika-nga ng nanay ko, I was a balbonic beauty! NKKLK. But seriously, in our culture, being hairless (in unwanted areas that is) translates to being pretty. I find myself alternately waxing and shaving but I mainly do the latter because with waxing there are two things to consider: hair growth and pain. SoBerry Delicious is a bit thicker in terms of consistency. I love that when Lydia pulled it off, it was easy yet efficient.

Look at how it removed even short hair! We were definitely amazed.

Now I tried the Rosette Hot Wax on my upper lip. Usually in this particular area, most salons would advise to either have it thread or let the hair grow a little longer. But minsan, that’s kadiri right? You tend to look like you’re sporting a mustache. Eeeep!

See the little white stuff on the wax? That’s actually fine hair! Almost invisible to the naked eye unless scrutinized. Amazeballs I tell you.

Here’s a look at my hairy leg, see the growing hair that has gotten thicker due to constant shaving? That’s ingrown!

After applying LYCON Rosette Hot Wax in the area where there’s ingrown hair, I didn’t expect a lot would actually come off.

Well will you look at that! LYCON Rosette Hot Wax has practically removed the root of the ingrown hair. I barely felt any pain too, given that I am one with low tolerance. It indeed was virtually painless with minimal feeling of skin pulling and irritation. I am greatly impressed by how good the product is.
