POP by Retail Lab is a 300sqm retail playground that brings together homegrown labels in fashion, food and lifestyle. It houses a number of local independent brands including Undo Clothing, Crisp Studio, Style Staple, Beyond The Beach, Olivia & Fifth, Tonic, Caravela, Sooperbeaute, Black Rose Botanicals and Hey Kessy.

What’s in the dressing room?
Also home to the POP kitchen–an ever evolving test kitchen that will house several food pop ups for limited periods until the end of the year. The line up includes food concepts such as Taco Vengo, The Lost Bread, Schmidts Hotdogs, Lucky Chick and Banh Mi Kitchen. A mainstay in the POP kitchen are some of the best local food finds–L.E.S. Bagels, Take Root, Theo & Philo, Puffft Marshmallows, Food Source, Pastry Armoire, and 7 Grains Pantry.
