Remember this photo that I posted weeks back? These clothes are Piccalilly. It’s an organic line of children’s clothes that are eco-friendly and made of organic cotton.
Piccalilly is created by Hannah Evans, a mother who quit her 9-5 job to fill the gap in organic baby wear, which at that time lacked colour, design and that essential sprinkling of the ‘A’ factor- the thing that makes you go “Ahhhhh!”
True enough, Piccalilly’s clothes are just too cute, I was surprised to know its actually organic. Hanna travelled all the way to India where Fair Trade organic cotton is allowed to be manufactured free from harmful chemicals, using only eco-friendly dyes. Basically, Piccalilly is creating ethically manufactured baby clothes using fabric that would be kinder on delicate baby skin.
Piccalilly’s clothes for baby girls make me want to have another baby girl! Hahahay.
The clothes for baby boys are equally adorable.
Multi-purpose muslin wraps that you can use to swaddle, use as a nursing cover, a burp cloth, a towel to wipe milk, water or even your lil’ ones drool.
I would love to get this matchy-matchy pyjama set for lil’ Ms. GJG & lil’ Mr. GJG.
Bright colored, cute printed shirts for you active toddlers.
Fruity, floral and dainty dresses for you little princess.
Here’s my adorable kids wearing their Piccalilly outfits which they liked because they’re soft and colourful. By the looks of it, they were comfortable playing and running around wearing these cute Piccalillys.
Piccalilly organic clothes are available at Babyland (Shaw Blvd., Glorietta 2 and Eastwood Mall) and soon on Numa Baby & Modern Mama.
