Make up is one of the many things we girls love. Just like shoes, clothes, bags and accessories, we just can’t have too much now can we? Imagine my excitement when I got an invite for K-Palette’s D.EYE.Y blogger event. Happiness! I am one of the many girls who rave about K-Palette. I even did a post about KPalette Long Lasting 2 Way Eyebrow Liner.
Now they’re introducing Real Lasting Mega Cute. A product that can create double eyelid!
Aside from the excitement of learning from one of Japan’s known make up artist, I was also excited to learn some DIY.
First, we did some Furoshiki wrapping. It looks a bit difficult based on the diagram above but it’s actually pretty easy to do.
Here’s mine, Michelle’s and Rowena’s Furoshiki wrapped press kits!
Next we did some art stamping.
Here’s my work in progress art! Heehee.
Ta-dah! Pa-artsy fartsy 😉
OMG K-Palette overload!
Real Lasting Mega Cute and Zero Kuma Concealer products.
I was intrigued with Zero Kuma Concealer so I tried it on my hand for swatching. According to Martha aka The Beauty Junkee, the best shade for us Filipinas would be type 2 which is the one in the middle. I have to agree with her, I’ve been using a relatively same shade but different brand, so this I’ll try next time.
Mr. Eiji Kinoshita, CEO of K-Palette (yes, yun K is for his surname). Galing that an empire dedicated to enhance women’s beauty was founded by a man.

Ms. Rina Ogata, Japanese make up artist was brought by K-Palette here in Manila to share her work when it comes to kawaii make up. Sorry, I had no photos of the finished look of her models, I didn’t have my camera with me as I had it serviced.
Here’s Eli of Painter’s Wife & I trying the magic wand (aka the pusher) that comes with every Real Lasting Mega Cute product. We’re actually trying the double eyelid effect, although we don’t need it.
I applied the Real Lasting Mega Cute glue type. So easy to do, just draw a line along the crease of your eyelid. Then afterwards, use the magic wand (aka pang tungkab) to push line of your eyelid further inside to create a more prominent looking eyelid.
There ya go! See how it enhanced my lid? It helps give droopy eyelids an instant lift. I swear, sometimes my lids tend to have weird folds. It also didn’t help that I had a sty in my eye that caused more eyelid drama. Heehee.
Overall, I love the KPalette Real Lasting Mega Cute product. I cannot wait to use it more often and let you see how nice it is! There’s also a chikka that some monolid women in Japan who have been using this regularly has actually developed double eyelids over time! Amazeballs.

Thank you K-Palette & Cheryl Chua for an awesome afternoon. By far one of the best events I’ve attended. It’s fun and informative at the same time! 🙂
