As you’ve seen in one of my posts, I am a Sangobion believer. I was very giddy when the brand approached me to share my experience with Sangobion because I’ve been taking iron as far as I can remember.
You see, I was an anemic kid. I was very hyper and active but most of the time I feel tired. Even when I became older, my doctor would still have me take iron. Most especially when I was pregnant with both my kids. My OB-Gyne immediately advised that I take iron so that my body could keep up with my pregnancy.
If you are clueless about iron deficiency, here’s a brief explanation on what it is.
As the name implies, iron deficiency anemia is due to insufficient iron. Without enough iron, your body can’t produce enough hemoglobin, a substance in red blood cells that enables them to carry oxygen. As a result, iron deficiency anemia may leave you tired and short of breath.

This prompted me to post a this photo on Instagram.
The Salaminkera speaks to me. Look closely. Skin care isn’t enough if you have signs of iron deficiency. Good thing I take Sangobion because I’m an ironwoman in that sense.
Yes, I believe that one must not only take care of one’s self physically through a vigorous skin care (though I really need to start doing that) but also internally by taking supplements that would make you healthier, further enhancing your beauty.
Being maidless and yayaless for weeks prompted me to lose weight. Ang saya di ba? Instant weight loss! Not. It was a side effect that I half-heartedly like. I was a headless chicken running around, doing tons of chores while taking care of the kids and blogging. NKKLK! As I said, it is doable but challenging. As in. I barely had time for myself, I didn’t take care of myself and it was the least thing on my mind. I looked constantly tired. Well, I was constantly tired. Then I took Sangobion. Midway to being helpless, I was getting the hang of it. Heck I feel like Superwoman or Wonder Woman sans the tangga and the cape. I was even surprised I managed juggling things and still had time to prettify myself. Achieve!
For those of you who doesn’t like taking iron supplements, let me tell you that Sangobion is different, in a good way. Why?
Chocoholics like me will love it because it smells and tastes like chocolate. ‘Nuff said.
Don’t panic because it’s organic.
Ferrous gluconate is its main component, it’s less irritating to the gastrointestinal system than ferrous sulfate.
Ferrous gluconate is most easily absorbed of all ferrous salts.
Sangobion is more than just iron. It also contains Folic Acid, Vitami B-Complex, Vitamin C and Minerals making it a complete hematinic.
Need I say more?
So, if you ask me. I say I’m no Superwoman nor Wonder Woman. But I’d like to believe that I’m an ironwoman. I’m no triathelete but I know with Sangobion, I have remarkable endurance and stamina to keep me going, helping me fulfill my roles in life. I am an ironwoman because I need my daily dose of iron to help me fight anemia and low blood pressure. I am an Iron Woman because I am my family’s heroine and I take pride in knowing I play the role well.
I am a Sangobion believer and I’m an ironwoman.
Thank you Sangobion for believing in me as much as I believe in you.
