Remember how back in the days (senti Sabado?!) we often times used popsicle sticks in our school projects? Do kids these days still do that? I remember back when I was in grade school, popsicle sticks were amongst the school supply that we need. It was also collected for recycling drives in school wherein they are donated or recycled into something usable.
Now in this modern day and age, ‘stick’ ice creams have found a better partner in making kids eat ice cream more fun and entertaining thanks to Kimy Playstix.
Nestle sent these Kimy goodies for me and sige na nga for my family na din to enjoy. (Lumabas lang pagka-selfish pagdating sa foodam LOL)
At first I didn’t get why there’s a bahay kubo included. Until I realized its actually the modern version of our old school popsicle sticks formed from Kimy Playstix. Aliw!
I wasn’t able to resist and ate one right away. In fairness, the chocolate strawberry Kimy Lava was yummy! Definitely not your average popsicle stick ice cream.
If you’re not familiar about Kimy, well let me introduce you all to him.
I love that something as simple as an ice cream stick, kids can really put their imagination and creativity to a test. Build anything you wish to build. You can bend and lock, twist and slot together the Kimy Playstix.
What’s good about Kimy Playstix is you need not to worry about the sticks getting molds and mildew since it is made of plastic. Ice cream left over can be wiped and washed off easily. Awesome. Also, did you know that all Nestle Kimy ice cream products contain only the recommended amount of sugar and are 100% free from artificial coloring? Even more awesome.
What a way to beat the heat and be creative. Follow me on Instagram (for my micro-photo blog) as lil’ Ms. GJG & I attempt to create our own masterpiece with Kimy Playstix!
