If you’ve been following me on my social media sites- Facebook, Twitter and Instagram you know by now how I’ve been breaking out like a high school girl. Maybe because I’ve changed my diet, have been more active and have been trying different beauty & skin care products that my hormones and skin are both too shocked to process how happy and active I’ve become. Maybe. This is the only reason I’d like to believe in but the truth is, it may be as simple as adults do get pimples too. Maybe I’m a late bloomer when it comes to the pimpy department as I’ve never developed acne growing up.
Now that I’m older, I find myself being introduced to the not-so-fun world of acne and other skin-related issues. Now I truly know how it feels like to constantly worry about breaking out. I seriously want to break out from my pimpy breakouts!
Yep, I have acne/acne vulgaris presented as whiteheads on my forehead, blackheads on my nose and papules, pustules scattered in cluster of pimpy. Stressssssss. For the longest time, I’ve been searching for an acne solution that can help me improve my breaking bad. So it was such a relief to know that Belo recently launched their AcnePro line. Here’s my Belo Essentials AcnePro kit. I have to follow the three-step acne skin care regimen to test if it can really tame, bump off and help me with my acne issues.
The Belo Essentials AcnePro 3-Step Clear Skin System was specially designed to improve the overall condition of pimple-prone skin. It’s simple to follow really, but it takes at least a week to religiously use Belo Essentials AcnePro kit for you to see the result.
 Step 1: Cleanse with AcnePro Pimple-Fighting Gel Face Wash

It maybe hard to see the tiny bumps of whiteheads on my face as they’re camera shy, but luckily, I had a few breakouts that were so obviously red and inflamed, there’s no denying that I’m like a high school girl once again. hi! when the pimples were gone, did you still continue using it? cuz I am now using the other beauty product line of Belo, (the pink one) but it doesn’t work on my pimples. However, it whitens my face. So I am planning to buy this acnepro then after my pimples start to disappear, I’ll go back to my original Belo products. Do u think that’s okay?

I stopped using it after my pimples are gone. Occasionally, when a pimple pops out, I use it again. I personally think it’s okay to use this Belo Acne Pro to treat your pimples, go back to Belo White once you’ve treated your pimples. 🙂 I hope this helps.

Hi Jayzel, try using The Body Shop’s Tea Tree Oil stick. It helps lighten pimple marks, I’ve been using it for years na. 🙂 Let me know if it works for you.

I saw the results for about 5-7 days. 🙂 Best to consult a dermatologist if you see no improvement on your skin after prolonged use as your skin might not be reactive to it.
Hi. I just want to share my amazing experience about this product. Before i doubt it. Since i dont see any improvement for the first 7days. But i decided to continue using it. And i was shock! Before po nawala na po to. I used professional skin care nung summer then bumalik lng nung pasukan. So i decided na gumamit ng belo essential. This product will only work for mild cases of acne (Grade 1) but for moderate to severe cases of acne like acne conglobate / fuliminans ( Grade 2 to 4) this will never work. moderate to severe cases like pustular, nodulocystic plus comedonal acne responds best to combination of retinoic acid plus topical antiobitics with the use of facial wash that are non-comdeogenic like cetaphil. but for stubborn acne sometimes it involves administration of oral antibiotics in the form of tetracyclines or doxycycline plus oral intake of Accutane with photolight therapy and intralesional treatment to cystic acne.
Is it advisable to use belo kojic intensive whitening soap and acne pro line at the same time?
