When taking photos is part of your lifestyle and is part of your work, you have to have a good camera. When I bought my first Fujifilm camera back in 2015, my Instagram feed has changed. It’s been filled with great quality photos and people have noticed, a few even inquired on what camera I was using. I’m not really a gadgets person because I’m not techie. If ever I were to have more than one gadget, I’d make sure it’s something that I need and is easy to use. As of present I’ve upgraded to a Fujifilm XA-3 and added an Instax camera and Instax Share printer. Hehehe. Can you say I’m starting to become a techie? Ummm not really, I just love my Fuji babies!
My family & I love going to the beach and as part of our essentials, I bought my Fujifilm XA-3 and Instax Wide during our last beach trip so we can capture moments and take tons of photos! Check out my Coron, Palawan post where all photos were taken with my Fujifilm XA-3.
I had so much fun using my Instax Wide camera during our trip. The island has so many Instax worthy spots that I finished one pack of film in a matter of minutes!
Instax Wide has a bigger frame so if you & your family or friends love taking photos, this Instax is perfect for you. Kasha buong barangay in one frame. Heehee.
Some of our Instax taken during our trip to Palawan. I’m about to create a photo album (literal ha) filled with Instax prints. Loveeeee!
One of the things I never forget to bring when I travel is my camera. It’s a must. It’s a need. As a blogger and a mom, my camera is one of the tools I know I can’t live without.
My first Fujifilm camera is an XA-2. I love how easy it is to use and how I can conveniently take a selfie through it’s flip LCD. A year and a few months after and Fuji released it’s upgraded unit, the XA-3. It has the same features as the XA-2 save for some added ones like touch screen LCD, better movie quality, higher resolution, and remote control through the Fuji app. Since I started using a Fujifilm camera, I barely edit my photos anymore especially those I post on Instagram simply because of how vibrant and great the photo quality is. It also helped that I upgraded my lens to a 35mm which is perfect for portraits and has a lovely bokeh effect.
Here are some of the photos I took using my XA-3 with 35mm lens, aperture priority setting of 1.4.
This last photo was taken by my 7 year old Instagram daughter using the touch screen feature.
Another gadget I truly enjoy using is the Instax Share SP-2 printer. I have tons of photos taken using my XA-3 and have been stored on my external hard drive and some are kept on my mobile phone. My kids are always fond of checking photos on my phone just because. One time my daughter casually mentioned how she wish we could print some of the photos on my phone so she can put it in her room. Immediately I whipped out our Instax Share printer and started printing away the photos she likes. #wishgranted 😉
I simply downloaded the Instax Share app on my phone & chose the photos I want to print. You have an option to take a photo, choose from your social media pages or on your phone’s photo album. It’s super easy to use!I just connect the Instax Share printer with my phone using WiFi and in a few seconds I was able to print. You can edit and add captions, resize the photo, add designs and even reprint. It’s such a nifty gadget perfect for people who really love taking photos and want printed copies on Instax. Best part? There’s no ink cartridge whatsoever. You just need to load it with Instax film and you’re good to go!
Love how gadgets like these indulge mommas like me to take more photos of my family. I also love how easy they are to use which is one of the things I really look for when to comes to investing in gadgets that I know I can use not just for work but also for play. Can you say I love having a #fujifilmlifestyle ? 🙂 Now time to get more Instax films and print out more memories!
