I don’t really plan our weekend outfit as a family. No, I don’t even choose lil’ Ms. GJG’s outfits anymore as she has a mind of her own. Maybe this will be the same for lil’ Mr. GJG in a year or two. Most of the time, we incidentally wear something from a particular color palette which gets us tagged by friends & relatives as a “matching family”. This would come in handy on family days or events where we all need to wear a similar outfit so we can be identified as the GJG family. But we did match one steady weekend and the momster in me took the opportunity to show our medyo matching OOTD as a family.
These photos were taken just before we went rushing out the door. Look at how sweaty these two were. They were so excited to see their cousins that they’ve started running around the house in excitement. I tell you, it’s quite a challenge to try and capture a decent photo of my kids. When they’re together, they’re twice as hyper, rowdy and exhibits a love-hate relationship. But looking at the photos now, I’m glad I was able to capture moments between these two. They grow up so fast I wish I can freeze time.
Took another shot of the lil’ GJGs as soon as we arrived at the hotel room where we had a family gathering. The aunties, uncles, grandparents and cousins were there watching us as we take our OOTDs. Heehee. I think it’s the first time they’ve ever seen one being shot right in front of them. Good thing, we, the GJGs are used to it na. Kebs! 🙂
Mr. GJG & his mini me- lil’ Mr. GJG.
How adorably kyooooot are these matching shirts?
Lil’ Ms. GJG & I working our striped outfits. Somebody poses better than the other and I don’t think that’s me!
Because my lil’ Ms. GJG has a personality of her own that it has become a thing for us to be matchy-matchy yet still have our own style going on. This makes our matchy-matchy not really matchy-matchy.
The family that dresses up together, well, looks good together. 😉
Ten seconds trying to pose properly and this is the closest we can achieve. Hahahay. Thank you Yaya H for taking our photos even though my arm was cropped. 🙂
