Sometimes, all it takes is a good pair of shoes to make one feel better. I’ve shared a few times what my trick is when I’m feeling stressed or just one of those times that I feel I’m not my best – I put on a nice pair of shoes, especially when I’m home doing chores, and somehow I feel a little bit better.

It may or may not be just a psychological thing but whatever it is, it works well for me. That crappy feeling I get when I am too overwhelmed with my To Do list, that I-feel-so-ugly-I-need-a-tub-of-ice-cream moment when I PMS, or just a random bad day. Somehow, wearing or seeing my shoes gives me a soothing feeling. Like a hypnosis that can snap me out of a bad juju.

Yes, Linda Gray you nailed it. Dressing up can really transform a person and I always get this feeling especially when I’m wearing a nice pair of shoes. Speaking of nice pair of shoes, I recently got three new nice pairs from Comfit.

Three pairs that can totally define an ensemble. I like that each shoe has a characteristic that can make you feel chic, girly and fashionable.

Comfit’s presence here in Manila was first felt in 2011 when they opened their flagship store in The Block, SM North EDSA. Since then, this easy on the pocket, stylish shoe brand earned a spot in the closets of Filipinas.
