If there’s one shoe that I’ve been using and abusing for months now it’s my pair of Cole Haan All Day Trainer. Ever since I got it I’ve been wearing it to the gym to lift weights, to meetings in my smart casual look, and even when I travel. I’ve brought these shoes to China on a weekend trip and it’s the first time I ever had only a pair on a trip.
Cole Haan All Day Trainer is not just a stylish pair you can use to get you to a busy day, it’s also meant to be used working out. Yes! I’ve tried and tested it many times already. I love that it’s lightweight and breathable–all thanks to the Stitchlite™ knit upper.
It provides extra heel support and stability, something that I can attest to whenever I do lateral movements like lunges and squats. There’s also an internal padding that keeps my foot in place, perfect for when I do my plank sets.
The All Day Trainer has also been my favorite pair outside the gym. Minimalist yet it gives enough style that people take second look.

From workout to night out. Cole Haan All Day Trainer is definitely a versatile pair. My very own pair has been with me to China and recently to Japan and I could never be happier with choosing to bring it with me over any other sneakers I own. We walk an average of 12,000 steps a day and my feet don’t feel tired after a full day out of wearing my All Day Trainer. No foot ache whatsoever.
Most reviews would recommended ordering a half size down but I think this is true to size. I got my exact size and it fits perfectly. It’s got enough room for my feet to wiggle around which is perfect for working out or doing long walks– I even wore this running uphill and downhill and didn’t get any blisters.
If there’s one pair I’d recommend, it’s Cole Haan All Day Trainer. It can literally take you from working out in the morning to going out at night. Such a sulit pair especially for those living a busy, active lifestyle.
