I ‘ve confessed many times over why I love online shopping- its hassle-free and so convenient! Most, if not all, of the items I purchase online aren’t readily available in malls or retail stores and scoring these unique items definitely makes online shopping fun and addicting. When it comes to shopping outside the Philippines, I always ask my friends if they can buy for me, as for shopping online internationally, I ask my cousin or friends to consolidate the items for me so they can include it in their balikbayan boxes. I find that this set up can be time-consuming and can be a hassle for them. So I asked around if there’s such a service that consolidates and ships door-to-door from the USA, most of my friends recommended POBox.PH.
Pobox.ph is a fulfillment center that provides receiving, consolidation and packing services with complete customer support to help online shoppers from the Philippines get their goods from merchants in the USA by way of a third party courier service.
To get started, all you have to do is sign up. Did I mention signing up is free? Yes!
Simply fill out the necessary information (First Name, Last Name, Delivery Address, Email Address and Contact Number) and create a username and password. Once you’ve registered, all you have to do is start shopping at U.S based shopping websites. If you have multiple items ordered from different shopping websites, simply go to your account and click MY ITEMS to input the items you ordered.
It’s like an inventory of the items you’ve purchased online from different shops. Input the Item No., Item Name, Quantity, Tracking Number and Store where you purchased it. This way, you and POBox.PH can immediately track if your packages have been received and have been shipped out. It usually takes 3-5 business days for online stores to ship to POBox.PH in California. Once the items are with them, you can now choose to have them shipped at your address in the Philippines.
You can group your packages according to when they will be shipped to your home, since POBox.PH consolidates packages, like a friend or relative but they do it professionally. They can hold your item in their California warehouse for 45 days upon arrival. That means if you shop from Amazon but you also want to shop at Target, you have a month and a half to shop and have these two items packed together in a box, so you can receive them at your doorstep altogether. If you’ve surpassed the allotted time, POBox.PH will have the option to ship the items to their Marikina or Quezon City warehouse.
The shipping rates will depend on the size of the box you choose, depending on the item or quantity.

You have an option to pay for shipping either via bank deposit or via Paypal or credit card. Now for all BPI cardholders, we can avail of the discounts if we use our BPI credit cards to pay for our POBox.PH shipment.
To get the discount, all you have to do is go to your account page at POBox.PH, find the ENTER CODE button and simply key in your BPI Express Credit or BPI Prepaid Card Number’s first six digits. The first six digits of your BPI EC or BPI PC corresponds to the promo’s coupon code and discount will apply.
Once the discount code has been applied, proceed to check out to pay for your shipping order. Click on the PAYPAL button under MODE OF PAYMENT where you will be redirected to a secure page, key in your customer and card details to pay.

The rates stated are for Metro Manila address only. Approximately forty to forty-five (40-45) days is allotted for delivery time (for Metro Manila address, including delivery to the customer’s address) once shipping vessel leaves the Port of Los Angeles.
Additional shipping rate of $10-$13 for all boxes to be delivered to Luzon areas plus 1-2 weeks delivery time is expected. Additional shipping rate of $15 for Black and Yellow Boxes; $18 for Red, Blue and Green Boxes for Visayas areas plus 2-4 weeks delivery time. What I love about POBox.PH is that I need not to pay for any additional taxes for the items I’ve shopped for as the rates are inclusive of taxes (except for some appliances and electronics that may require a tariff charge). I also love that I can shop internationally online and have them shipped altogether in one box through door-to-door and receive them right at my doorstep.
