I thought na activate na yung bdo emerald card ko. kasi i registered it and every time i will use it i earned points. but when i decided to redeem my points the cashier said it is not yet activated.how will i activate it if i forgot already the pin they gave me..please help me to activate my bdo emerald card..sayang ang points
Hi mam, i had my bdo reward card (emerald) and i used it frequently, lately i noticed & confused that there is no points when i balanced it at sm lucena. so i go to my bdo branch here in lucena & asked why, then i was surprised to hear that all of my points was forfeited because my bank maintaining balance got below 50k. It so sad to hear that, no one or i am not aware about that. Is there is other ways to get my earn points? Please advise. Thanks..

Since the replacement of my Reward Card last March this year which I immediately call the call center to activate in fact I already have purchased my points using my reward card last December 2016. Lately I was shock when I went to SM for some purchases I ask the cashier to see how much my total point gathered when she said it is zero points. Almost one year of swiping my reward card every time we are going to purchase in SM now it zero. Can you please tell me how does it happened.
Hi just want to ask. Kasi since June 2014 BDO Emerald Reward holder po ako. Just today I had my card redeemed unfortunately sinabi na di activated pero meron earned points pwede pa po ba maactivate into so I can at least enjoy my points?
