This recipe is one of my favorite dishes to whip up on a lazy night. It’s easy to prepare and the ingredients are simple and can be found at your local grocery.
Here’s wachunid:
I will unleash the Nigella and Jaime Oliver in me, I didn’t measure the ingredients mainly because it would really depend on the cook’s (me in this case) preference and taste. If you like it salty, add more salt, if you like it garlic-y, add more garlic.
While you prepare the ingredients, preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Three easy peasy step:
Stick it in the oven and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour turning them occasionally with tongs. On the last 5 minutes you can add in the parsley if you want it cooked along with the potatoes, if not garnish it instead.
That’s all!

I found your blog through my long-time childhood friend, Michelle of My Mom Friday. You know what, you just gave me a lunch idea! Sometimes, it’s the simple things / simple recipes & food that we forget. I’m always thinking up fancy stuff to serve my family and blog about, but I forget that a simple potato recipe like this one can create magic! Hope to see you around the blog world 🙂
