Orange You Glad?

They say one of the lucky colors for this year is orange. Orange, tangerine, burnt, dark, light, neon. Whatever hue of orange you pick, you’ll never go wrong with it well at least for this year you’re safe.

For today’s outfitey I’m featuring the first preggy outfit on this blog. Well, don’t expect there’s gonna be a lot of maternity clothes because I am one of those pregnant women who still wear their pre-pregnancy clothes. But who knows, with all the cute maternity clothes available I might just give in soon but for now, I’m sticking to my old wardrobe.

You might’ve seen this top here but I styled it differently.

Leggings has always been a staple in my wardrobe and yes I believe it’s a must for every pregnant woman too. It’s comfortable and light on the skin unlike the usual jeans.

Loose tops would be best for preggos like me during our first trimester because the baby bump is still growing. You know, too small to look like pregnant too big to wear fitted shirt, it may look like I’m just full from a buffet meal or I just have a really bloated belly (read: pusunin).

Always add a splash of color in your look, so as to not look all too grudgy or gloomy.

Wearing a bright colored lipstick to match.

Add a little oomph to an outfitey with a cute unique necklace.

Because I can’t wear heels and I only have a few pairs flats, I decided to get a stand out nail polish instead.
